The goal of therapy is determined by you, and what you want to accomplish in the process of therapy.

 

I believe you have the full potential to reach your goals and have a better understanding of your true self if you allow self-compassion and compassion for others.

 

You are people who experience hardships in life transitions, struggle with identity issues, have relationship conflicts, seek healing from traumatic experiences, suffer from social injustice, and people who seek personal growth.

 

I will help you discover dysfunctional communication patterns that cause problems in your relationships or in the family to break the vicious cycle.

 

I will help you gain more compassion for yourself and others to live a more authentic and fulfilling life. I will help you find your "lost" voices and reclaim your power to be heard and to be seen.

You know in your heart you want to be your true self,  you want to be seen, to be heard, to be understood, to be loved, and to feel safe and enjoy life.

 

I will provide a safe space, quality time, and my true self in therapy. I am honored to witness your bravery and growth, to support you, and walk this journey with you.
